We work hard and we work for you, here at Flavour Forest we make
every
effort to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible. Once
your order has been picked up you'll
receive a dispatch email containing your orders tracking
information. If you haven't received this yet please check your spam
folder and if nothing is there get in touch with us through our facebook page or email us at info@flavourforest.nz
New Zealand Shipping
Please

may take more or less time to arrive due to bad weather, postal errors,

Metro: Estimated Delivery Time 1 - 2 Business Days
Rural: Estimated Delivery Time 2 - 5 Business Days

We ship worldwide using NZPost, if shipping options are not available please send us an email
Processing Times
We understand that time is critical and we
aim to have your order all wrapped up and out the door as soon as
possible. Once we've received your payment you'll receive a payment
confirmation email and your order will enter into our fulfillment
queue. If there's no issues with your order and payment has been
received by 1PM (GMT12+) your order will usually ship out on the same
day. We are closed during the weekend and public holidays and all orders
placed during this time will be processed on the following Business
Day.
Saturday to Sunday: Flavour Forest is closed during the
weekends and all orders will be fulfilled and dispatched from our
Warehouse on Monday or the following business day.
Monday to
Friday: If you've placed your order and payment has been received by 1PM
(1300 GMT12+) your shipment will usually be dispatched from our
warehouse on the same day, on the checkout screen there's a timer which
shows how much time is remaining for same-day dispatch. If there's any
issues with your order we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible
to avoid in delays in dispatching your order.
Received Wrong Items
In the rare event that you've received the wrong item contact us via email (info at flavourforest dot nz) or facebook
within 24 hours of receiving your package and we'll organize a return
docket and replacement. To speed the process up we recommend that you
take a clear picture of the item\s received
Lost or Stolen Shipments
We
recommend using Signature Required for all of your orders
(international orders must be signed for on delivery). Vape Canyon Ltd
will not be held liable or accept responsibility for any lost or stolen
packages on all non signature orders where the tracking information
shows that shipment has been delivered. If you suspect your order has
gone missing or is taking longer than expected to arrive get in touch
with us over facebook or send us an email at info@flavourforest.nz
Damaged Items
If
any of the products you ordered were damaged in transit get in touch
with us over facebook or email (info@flavourforest.nz) within 24 hours
of receiving your package. Be sure to include a detailed description and
pictures of the damage. We highly recommend that you reject receipt of
the shipment during delivery if the shipment is damaged (such as being
crushed or leaking liquid). If you have rejected a shipment please
contact us immediately.
