What or who is Flavour Forest?
We're a flavour supply company! We've searched the globe high and low and brought together a catalog of products from the top flavour houses and labs all into one place. The products we stock on our website are used in a wide variety of
industries around the globe from candy making, perfumery and vaping
through to food and beauty.
Are you guys a real company?
Vape Canyon Ltd (the guys behind the scenes) are trading as Flavour Forest. Vape Canyon Ltd. is as real as it gets, we're a registered company with our own clean room, office and warehouse staff. NZBN 9429045923470 & GST 6182585
Where does my order ship from?
Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched from the heart of New Zealand at our Wellington warehouse.
What environment is the product bottled or made in?
All of our imported material such as concentrated flavourings and stock solutions are dispensed and bottled to the highest standard inside our class 10,000 rated cleanroom (Equivalent to ISO 8). Our cleanroom operators are highly trained in dispensing and bottling and follow strict standard operating produces to keep external contamination to a minimum.
What payment options are avaliable?
If you're one of the locals and you live in New Zealand we're able to accept payment by Direct Credit / Bank Deposit or Bitcoin.
If you're one our of international friends we're able to accept Credit Cards or Bitcoin.
This is the year 2000, where's the credit card option for local orders!?
Although everything on this site is legal in New Zealand, due to the type of business we are we've experienced difficulty in acquiring a merchant account for New Zealand based orders. In the meantime we can accept payment by either bank deposit, direct credit (internet banking) or bitcoins.
I made a mistake in my order can I change it?
You sure can, if there's time and your order hasn't been picked up by the couriers yet, we can make alterations to your order. If issue is related to your shipping address please let us know as soon as possible.
I haven't recieved a payment confirmation email yet, help!
Once your payment has been matched up to an order you'll receive a payment confirmation email. Payments are matched with orders on the hour from Monday to Friday, 10am until 2pm, basically anytime before the couriers arrive. If your payment is received on our end outside of these hours or during a public holiday your payment will be processed on the following work day.
If more than 24 hours or one working day has passed and you haven't received a payment confirmation email yet please contact us immediately via email or through our facebook page so we can resolve the issue.
Can I combine my orders together?
You sure can, if your order hasn't been picked up the couriers we can merge your old order and new order together to save on postage. If you'd like to do this send us a message on facebook or send us a email with you order ID's
What will show up on my account? or credit card statement?
Depending on your payment method the payment will show as either VAPE CANYON LTD or VAPE CANYON
I live in Wellington. Can I come pick up my order?
Yes! come swing on by and say hi! But we're an online only store so we don't have a store front but you're more than welcome to pick your order up from our reception.
When you've ordered what you want simply head over to the check out and select the pick up option. When payment has been received and your orders been fulfilled we'll send you an email that it's ready to be picked up or if that's too old school for you send us a message over facebook chat.

Do you ship to Australia?
We sure do and we've got multiple carriers to choose from.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you live within a metro / residential area within New Zealand we estimate that your order will take anywhere from 1 to 3 working days to arrive after it's been dispatched from our warehouse. If you live in a rural / township add another 2 days for good measure.
International orders vary widely depending on the shipping option selected, this can be anywhere from 3 days up to 15 days.
How do I get free shipping?
All orders over $100NZD get free shipping, and yes this includes our Australian friends.
How discrete is the shipping?
We make our shipping as discrete as possible;
If you select NZ Couriers: No company images, company names or return addresses on the shipping satchel and arrives in a GSS bag.
If you select CourierPost: Company name and return address. Arrives in Courier Post bag.
International orders will contain company name and contents on package for customs purposes.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! we sure do, we accept returns on all unopened and/or unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. If you would like to return an unopened and/or unused product please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
I don't like this flavour can I send it back?
We're unable to accept returns on consumable products that have been opened or used
