Flavour Forest is a flavour distribution business run by Vape Canyon Ltd (NZBN:9429045923470). We've searched the globe high and low and brought together a catalog of products from the top flavour houses and labs all into one place. The products we stock on our website are used in a wide variety of industries around the globe from candy making, beverages, food, perfumery and adult products through to food and beauty products.

All of our imported material such as concentrated flavourings and stock solutions are dispensed and bottled to the highest standard inside our class 10,000 rated cleanroom or laminar flow cabinet. Our cleanroom operators are highly trained in dispensing and bottling and follow strict standard operating produces to keep external contamination to a minimum.

If you're a local in New Zealand we're able to accept payment by Direct Credit (Internet Banking), Bank Deposit or Bitcoin.

If you're one of our International friends we're able to accept payment via International Bank Transfer or Bitcoin. If you're based outside of New Zealand and you'd like to place an order with us please send us email and we'll manually process your order.

At present we're unable to accept credit cards

You sure can, if there's time and your order hasn't been picked up by the couriers yet, we can make alterations to your order. If the issue is related to your shipping address please let us know as soon as possible.

Once your payment has been matched up to an order you'll receive a payment confirmation email. Payments are matched with orders on the hour from Monday to Friday, 10am until 2pm, basically anytime before the couriers arrive. If your payment is received on our end outside of these hours or during a public holiday your payment will be processed on the following work day. 

If more than 24 hours or one working day has passed and you haven't received a payment confirmation email please contact us immediately via email or facebook and we'll get it all sorted asap.

You sure can, if your order hasn't been picked up the couriers we can merge your old order and new order together to save on postage. If you'd like to do this send us a message on facebook or send us a email with you order ID's

When you've ordered what you want simply head over to the checkout and select the Pick Up option. When payment has been received and your orders been fulfilled we'll send you an email or text message letting you know that it's ready to be picked up. Please note that lab time is required for all orders containing flavour concentrates and the fulfillment time varies depending on how busy it is, typically it takes around 2 hours or so but in some cases such as busy periods we may not be able to fulfill the order until the following day.

Your order will be fulfilled and shipped out from our warehouse in Wellington, New Zealand.

Orders over $120NZD get free shipping in New Zealand.

Orders within New Zealand are dispatched out via overnight courier with NZPost and typically take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. If you live a in rural zone add another 2 days for safe measure.

International orders usually take 5 to 14 business days to arrive.

We sure do! If you'd like to place an international order with us please send us an email with the products you'd like to order and we'll manually process your order.
This depends on your local laws, you may be charged customs duties or import fee's which is outside of our control. We recommend keeping your order below the threshold listed in your local laws to avoid paying duties. For Australia this is 1000AUD. For the European Union this is 150EUR. For the United Kingdom this is 135GBP and for the United States this is 800USD.

Yes! We sure do, we accept returns on all unopened and/or unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. If you would like to return an unopened and/or unused product please contact us by email. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened.
