What's the difference between V1 and V2? V1 is the original formulation that contains diketones. V2 is a reformulation and contains no Acetoin or Acetyl Propionyl. There is a slight flavour difference between the two and V2 requires a longer steeping time.

Ingredients: Natural & Artificial Flavouring, Propylene Glycol, Water.
